Windows Mail - Vista
- In the top-side menu bar, select "Tools", then select "Options" from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the "Read" tab.
- UN-CHECK the box "Read all messages in plain text".
- Click on the "Send" tab.
- UN-CHECK the box "Reply to messages using the format in which they were sent".
- CHECK the HTML box under both "Mail Sending Format" and "News Sending Format".
- Click on the "Signatures" tab.
- CHECK the box "Add signatures to all outgoing messages".
