1. My Bojo doesn't appear in my emails, or appears written out as HTML code.
You may need to enable "Rich Text" or "HTML" in your email program. Click here to select your email program and learn how to enable HTML emails.

Additionally, check in your Settings/Tools/Options menu and make sure to UN-CHECK any option resembling "send images as attachments".

2. How do I install my Bojo?
To install your Bojo, login to our Member Center and click on the button "Re-install this Bojo".  Then choose your email client and follow the instructions.

3. I cannot install (I downloaded the installer and nothing is there).
You may need to tell your antivirus or security suite (Norton, McAfee, Windows Firewall, etc.) to allow our software to download and run on your computer.

4. How do I update the information on my Bojo?
Go to our Member Center and log in using your email address and password.  Click on the button "Edit this Bojo".

5. When I send a new message, I see little black boxes around my Bojo tabs.
This issue has been resolved; re-install your Bojo via your Member Center.

6. If I change companies, can I take my Bojo to my new company?
Yes, as long as the billing information for your Bojo remains the same.   You can log in to your Member Center and choose a new template for no additional fee.

7. I don't want my Bojo to show when I reply to an email; how do I turn off this feature?
You will have to configure your email program to not use signatures when replying to emails.  The following instructions work for Microsoft Outlook.  In your email program, on the menu bar, choose 'Tools' and then click 'Options' from the drop-down.  Click the tab that says 'Signatures' and make sure you have the option checked that states 'Do not use when replying or forwarding'.

8. One of my clients can't see the Bojo.  They are using Lotus Notes as an email client.  Does this matter?
Lotus Notes, DOS, and several older email programs may not be able to view your Bojo.  This has to do with how these programs deal with HTML signatures.  However, the majority of people who use email work with programs that will be able to view your Bojo.
